Verified Renter We love our experience here at emera. It’s is beautiful community and even better views. However rent is increasing to a significant rate that does not make it worth it to continue to live here especially when they don’t upgrade certain amenities that have been broke for a while like the grills outside and the issue with theft in the neighborhood. Would love to see more events happening throughout the month.

Verified Renter I’ve been residing at Emera for almost a year now. Still one of my favorite communities I’ve lived at. I do wish security was a little be more tight and they would install extra camera due to all the crime but maintenance and management are great

Verified Renter So far the Emera residents has been next to none. The staff have been so helpful in moving me in. Super friendly, nice and makes the pleas fit the aura of the community. I’m happy to have moved in on short notice an moved here. The amenities are the best I’ve seen an the price I pay to be on looking over the intercoastal is just priceless.

Verified Renter Beautiful property, well maintained most of the staff is great. Residents are super trashy, disrespectful, loud cars, party’s, dog excrement everywhere including hallways and pee dripping on my balcony, non residents using amenities. With better screening this place could be amazing.
