My 9 year old son had his tonsils and adenoids out yesterday. The recovery nurse, Janelle, was fabulous-she taught us so much about the aftercare and gave Henry a "wicked brace" award. Up on the floor, Henry was taken care of by Widlyn and Jane who could not have been more kind and capable. On the way home, Henry whispered, "I feel like I was taken care of by the best nurses in the country and that they were only taking care of me."

What a first class hospital. Staff was great and the surgeon one of the best. They made sure I was informed every step of the way. I had a retina attached.

The doctors are great, but the wait times are terrible, from the ER to regular appointments. I had a cornea problem that required appointments every 2 weeks, and it always was at least 2 hrs to get to the 5 min check-up. Not good for a patient in pain, or if you have other appointments to get to etc. (The Neuro-Ophthalmology department has been the exception--always on time.)

Business response:

Can you please private message us? We value your feedback and want to be sure to address it appropriately. Thank you.

Everybody was very nice. Nice clean facility. Didn't wait very long. The only thing that sucked was the parking and the price of it

Business response:

We are sorry to hear about your parking experience. Our team strives to provide the best service possible given our logistical challenges. There is an effort in the pricing structure to keep rates as low as possible for patients while attempting to stay inline with the ever-increasing land costs in the City of Boston. We thank you for your patronage and understanding.
