They made me feel welcome Dr. Was sweet & kind. Loved every moment of it.
The nurses and Dr were amazing, such nice people who were great at explaining each step of the way. You could also tell that they really love the kids they help take care of. The only part I think could be improved is the admittance part. The woman didn't really talk to us, just said to write our name down and we'd be called in. It took an hour to be called and almost 2 hours between arriving and going into surgery. My daughter has been a patient here for several years now. She recently had surgery and woke up saying it was the best surgery she ever had! The nurses and anesthesiologist listened to our concerns pre-op and implemented a solid plan of action resulting in a great experience. Dr. Cohen is the best surgeon. He has a comforting presence during a nerve wracking time. We actually switched doctors and hospitals several years ago and have not regretted our decision of going with Dr. Cohen one bit! Thank you!!
