Had thyroid surgery yesterday morning, feb 3rd. i've had many hospitals Stays and surgeries due to my heart condition , this was the most pleasant experience that it possibly could be! The Nurses are so attentive and kind, the Doctors are pleasant, knowledgeable and compassionate. Everyone I met on the surgical floor and 11th floor in recovery were amazing! Thank you for making me feel so confident and safe!
We are so thankful we have such a great Hospital with great doctors. Dr. Emerick is the best. He has followed up with me after my radiation treatments at MGH for cancer. He is the best of the best and has a very kind, caring manner and is truly concerned for his patients.
My daughter had an outpatient procedure done today and the staff was beyond amazing! Thank you all for your kindness and professionalism.
Doctors are amazing. Administrative staff sucks...
Our 18month old had an adenoidectomy and required an overnight stay. Every member of the staff from check in, the surgical team, the pediatric nurses, doctors and discharge staff were all wonderful. Incredibly happy to have had the best of the best close to home. Thank you!!
Very pleased with our recent visit here. My 6 year old had her adenoids and tonsils removed by Dr Sutler yesterday. They were amazing! The steps they took to make sure that my daughter was comfortable and well cared for went beyond my expectations. Great facility with very caring staff!
My first phone call to the Doctors office was handled so well and first visit to meet Dr. Mark Varares made my husband and I feel like we were in the best hands for this involved cancer surgery. I can tell you for me to travel from Chesapeake Va. to Boston for my care says a lot.
They are so amazing to my little girl. She feels like a queen every time she is in for an appointment there

I then was sent to See Dr Dean Cestari at Mass Eye. He was amazing. He assured I didn't have Myasthenia and advised that I had a misalignment of my eyes. He gave me two options to correct it. Less evasive Soecial prisms i... read more
