My husband had his second stapectomy there November 17 by dr Michael McKenna and I would recommend him to anyone I know! The staff is amazing and very friendly! Thanks to all the staff for taking care of him and making us feel comfortable!
I've been at the MEEI ENT ED for the past 2 days with my mother who had an emergency situation in her right eye. The staff at the ED was beyond any expectations we had. From registration, to check in with the nurse to all 4 resident doctors who came in to see my mom and diagnose her to the Director of Nursing who just popped in to say hello we could not have felt more welcome and that we were in the right place. I have had Bells Palsy since January 2012. I started seeing Dr. Hadlock a few months later as my cousin recommended me to get treatment there. I have a severe case that has not healed on its own and I have been getting regular Botox treatments from Carrie. Bells Palsy is something that makes you feel very unattractive. I come here every few months to see neuro-ophthalmologist Dr. Rizzo, for my intracranial hypertension. He and his team are absolutely fantastic. I know I'm in good hands and that they actually care about me and the health of my eyes!
I was diagnosed with a pleomorphic Adenoma in August of this year and decided to get a second opinion. I went to see Dr. Deschler in September. He is an amazing physician. Very thorough and very personable. Had my surgery on October 24 and don't regret anything. I am very happy with my surgery results. I had a right parotidectomy. Doctor Veldman and the entire staff at mass eye and ear are amazing! Having surgery is never fun, and it's almost always painful. Knowing that you are in capable hands of people who strive for excellence makes the experience much more manageable. We Would recommend them to anyone.

This is my 2nd time at this facility and I visited another area. I can't say enough great things about MEE!
My 8 year old had her abenoids & tonsils out. She had the best surgical team, they were warm and friendly. They went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable an turned this experience it's a pleasant one. Dr. Mankarious is amazing and very attentive. I would absolutely recommend Mass Eye and Ear.
