Everybody was very nice. Nice clean facility. Didn't wait very long. The only thing that sucked was the parking and the price of it

My wife had surgery here Monday 9/19/16 for the second time first they fixed her nose and yesterday reconstructed her right ear she had a different Dr or Drs in the past and they never made us feel as satisfied and happy as the Drs at Mass eye and ear did she will be going back in four months for her left ear thank you Dr Santos and everyone else that works in that department ��
My son had surgery for his eye and the treatment was amazing and very curtious. We love and know can trust MEE!
Lets start with a 2 hours drive and then sitting waiting to be seen for over 3 hours as people are coming in after us i guess super glue in the eyes is not that important for them even when we were told that we should come an be seen by them we our doctor called them // we havebeen told once again we are next let's see what happens

Very disappointed with the doctor i went to see. Besides being very rude! Did not find what was the problem with my eyes!! I was there from 6 am to 5pm. Just lost a day of work and parking garage food etc
