This facility has always been so helpful. Never had to wait on seeing a Dr or getting an appointment especially when I expressed cause of concern. Will always recommend this place to anyone.

Doctor's are good but the waiting time is horrible.
Ten years now of specialized surgical support for our daughter, since she was 2-1/2 years old. It's not a road that any parent would choose, but we thank God for having MEEI at our side. Now, my wife and I volunteer there. It's OUR hospital. We are all very fortunate to have such a great institution here in New England.
Everyone in the pediatrics department was wonderful to my daughter and me. It put me at ease.
My son is having retina surgery as we speak. One nurse in particular has gone above and beyond to make him comfortable. He has aspergers and was very nervous. I'm so impressed and thankful to her!
I've been going to Mass Eye & Ear for years for my eye care. I met with Dr. Pineda a few weeks ago to discuss my cataracts. He made me feel confident about having the surgery. I just had the surgery done and Wow what a difference! Dr. Pineda did such a wonderful job and I'm looking to have the other eye done soon.
