They were wonderful while my daughter had her surgery! Everyone was super friendly and attentive! They made me feel as though my daughter was their only patient!
Office rescheduled my appointment for 10:30. At 12 I was told it might be another 20minutes and that they are always running late like this. Absolutely no respect for a patient's time.
Dr. McKenna and his team are remarkable! Thank you for taking such good care of my best friend.
Absolutely beyond grateful to Dr Michael McKenna for his amazing work on my very complicated ear! He's done two surgeries for me and has provided incredible care over the years. His nurses and the OR staff is wonderful too. I also received great care from audiology. Thank you.
Business response:
Thank you for your kind words, which we will share with Dr. McKenna and his team. Wishing all the best.
Gave me 92% of my bilateral hearing back. Although this is far from typical for deaf people. Please donate $20 at least. There is still much research to be done.
Love the doctors they are the best!!! Would not trust my eyes with anyone else.

While it is legal, it is unfair. MEEI is a big money making machine, which drives health care cost up unreasonable. We live in Boston and fortunely there are other many alternatives... read more

Been to MEEI twice now (once to the ER and once for surgery) and had a really great experience both times. All staff members I interacted with were amazingly helpful, did great work, and clearly cared about what they were doing. Thank you to everyone there!
