Despite the five star review, I have a complaint about the horrendous wait times. The staff are wonderful the doctors superb but it is awful to be crammed into a tiny room waiting for two hours to see doctor after technician has seen you. Someone really needs to examine the systems. The total time for my yearly eye exam was three and a half hours only one half hour was actual interaction with technician or doctor.
Business response:

Sick of foot dragging Dr in western Mass I went to emergency room at Mass Eye Ear, in the capabile hands of Dr McKay in a few hours I got the answers I had been seeking for 2 weeks. Can,t say enough about the the competence and professionalism I saw there
In to see DR David Shaye and MRI yesterday . Always great care and eveyone is so kind to us .
I was sent to wait in the wrong location after checking in and the doctor was 30 minutes late.
The doctors there were wonderful to my 63 year old father in 2004-5, when he was there. They did everything they could to save him from a terminal condition, including tell him when it was time to stop and give palliative care instead.
Was told I had an ulcer on my eye and to come back for a follow up in 48, no big deal. I was in the worst pain of my life but they gave me medicine to help, I come back in 48 hours to be told I have to wait in the er which took ALMOST FIVE HOURS. Five hours to be seen for Legit 2 minutes to tell me the drops are working fine keep using them. Doctors are great, very nice, helped my eyes out. Over all my health is better but that wait time... 4+ hours the first night then 5+ hours two days later.
