I have been treating with Dr. Derrick Lin for about a year. Up until yesterday my appts had been right on time. Yesterday I was taken 1 hour and 20 minutes late. However I had a second appt in the same office later that day and they were able to take me early. So in the end I actually finished my day of tests and appts early. Thank you to Dr. Ramon Franco's assistant for making that happen.�

The nurses are the best I've ever experienced . The care and empathy they showed my son was unprecedented .
My daughter see Dr Michael Cohen for a cholesteatoma. She has just had her second surgery and will be going again. She actually looks forward to having surgery because the staff and doctors are so awesome!!!! This is best hospital by far!
My husband has been a patient in the Head and Neck unit recently. He has had surgery. Every time we go there we are completely at ease about his care. The most understanding and compassionate team of Doctors . Dr. Derrick Lin and his staff are the best. We are fortunate to have MEEI and it's Physicians accessible for His care. I feel he is in the best care, for this I am so grateful. I would highly recommend MEEI to everyone I know.
