Great hospital with amazing staff. Have had two procedures there and I can't thank them enough for all that they do.

The best at what they do, period. Dr. Poe is a genius and has helped me though multiple ear surgeries and eventually got most of my hearing back. I can't say enough good things about the entire staff.

in general, good place. Would want to pick my anesthesiologist if I needed surgery...wouldn't want the head honcho of that department near me or anyone I care about.

The Dr's who work at the Mass Eye and Ear are wonderful. I feel i get excellent care when i have an appointment. The waiting time is minimal and the staff is friendly. My Dr. is kind and always asks me if i have any questions. He is very down to earth and is one of the most compassionate people i have met. He performed a successful surgical procedure on my daughter in the past and she spoke very highly of him. That is why i have made him my Dr. and i'm thankful i chose him ..
