Great experience. They got me in a pinch after I drove down from Vermont and got caught in traffic and was 40 minutes late to my appointment. I was able to still see a doctor and was able to be treated same day. Would definitely recommend these great people to anyone needing to see an ENT! They were so nice and helpful!
I just had septum surgery yesterday. By far one of the best hospitals I've been to. Not only was my surgeon wonderful and easy to relate to, but the staff from the moment I was admitted until I woke up after surgery we're so kind and attentive. True professionals with heart!!!

I recently went to mass eye and ear for a cochlear implant evaluation. Of course I was late because I got lost in the city the signs very confusing ! Dr. Konstatina amazing! I was able to understand her since I am deaf. Please be clear of the road signs! Meei on the directions would have been better.
Had to stay there a couple of times. The staff is exceptional. Customer service is great. Best hospital, for what they do, in the world.
After I life time of ENT specialist's Mass Eye & Ear were able to find the abnormality that had been causing noise pain, frequent falls, dull headache & other complications. It's called a Tegmen Defect located at the skull/base of my brain that was allowing brain matter to actually come down into my ear & part of my right side of my face.
