Had to stay there a couple of times. The staff is exceptional. Customer service is great. Best hospital, for what they do, in the world.
After I life time of ENT specialist's Mass Eye & Ear were able to find the abnormality that had been causing noise pain, frequent falls, dull headache & other complications. It's called a Tegmen Defect located at the skull/base of my brain that was allowing brain matter to actually come down into my ear & part of my right side of my face. Dr. Busaba is a wonderful doctor. I visited him today to check my sinuses after a bout of pneumonia. I am happy to report that I have no sinus infection.
Very efficient operations, knowledgeable staff--I came here as a kid with my dad, and now I'm brining my daughter here. Excellent hospital.
