The only warning I have for other people would concern the "family waiting room" on the 7th floor. I waited in there and even napped in one of the available recliners and was eaten alive by something. My arms and legs are covered in bite marks and still itch like crazy. Perhaps fleas?? Anyway, if you're waiting for a loved one please avoid the waiting room near the cafeteria unless you don't mind being dinner for some tiny critters.

Just wanted to thank all of your staff for a top notch experience today with your pediatric unit. At every point the staff was calm, friendly and bent over backwards to make my daughter comfortable. We had so many people caring for us that I can't even remember everyone's name but Ching our nurse was fantastic as was Ashley the child life specialist. Great support from Nancy in pre-op, Anesthesia team including Dr. Bethany and Dr. Novack and Kathy O in post op. Surgery was performed by Dr. Cohen and I couldn't have been happ... read more

My granddaughter is 5 1/2 months old . She was diagnosed with congenital glaucoma. One week from her diagnosis she was seen by Dr.Therese Chen and had surgery. Our experience was amazing Dr. Chen and her whole surgical team made us feel comfortable knowing our precious baby was in the best hands. She is now on the riad to recovery. I would highly recommend this hospital. We drove from CT and would do it again.

My doctor wanted me to have a balance test. The staff was excellent as I have recurring bouts of vertigo. I would of liked to know more about which tests I was having as there are all different kinds. That test is not pleasant but the guy I had was really nice. One and done for me!!!
