The absolute best place to go with eye issues for me! They have the answers and the technology most places don’t! Not to mention everyone is so friendly, professional and caring from valet to surgeons and all have an amazing and wonderful bedside manner which is important, not to mention she comes in even when not seeing patients! Excellent, professional and compassionate staff from the valets to the surgeons. Facilities are well maintained and amenities are accsssible and sufficient. Parking is convenient and very reasonable for the city.

I cannot say enough about this hospital. Dr. Lee is my husband's doctor and I am just amazed by the care he provides. He had surgery on Friday and Dr. Lee made me feel so comfortable and safe during the whole process. BEST DOCTOR my husband has ever seen, after months and months of searching we finally found Dr. Lee. Amazing surgeon!! The nursing staff is incredible. Top-notch place with top-notch people. Britta from Audiology is amazing and really listens to me. Dr. Lee and his office are incredible. I truly feel like I'm getting the best care possible here. I travel 5 hours to do so and would do it over and over again. Mass Eye and Ear changed my life!
Dr. Rizzo and his team in the Neuro Opthamology department were amazing. My daughter is disabled and they all were amazing with her.
