RecommendedThe best of the best!!! People might laugh when they read this. But the top of a Q-Tip came off in my ear, I was seen by multiple doctors close to me even prescribed antibiotics and Roxycodone (which I did not take☠️). Frustrated I went to mass eye and ear ER. Finally after ten days of torture they Q-Tip was removed and proper prescriptions prescribed. I’m finally starting to feel a little relief, I know it’s going to take time, but at least going in the right direction finally, pain is still a little much but getting better... read more

RecommendedMy 7 year old recently had a tonsillectomy and tubes placed at mass eye and ear. Previously there were 4 sets of tubes done at another hospital along with an adenoidectomy. The staff on the 10th floor pediatric unit along with the surgical floor were all wonderful. Everyone we encountered were knowledgeable and excellent with children. I'm very happy with this hospital and would recommend the drive to anyone within an hour.

RecommendedMy mom is currently a patient there. Every single person I have dealt with, Nurse, Doctor, Social Worker has been kind, caring and helpful. They have taken the time to be not only professional but compassionate. From the emergency room, to surgery to her recovery they have done nothing but strive to help her. I can’t thank you enough.
