The Nightime Emergency room is a disgrace in terms of Staffing 1 Dr. on Duty. John Fernandez you sir are a disgrace all in the name of greed.
Had a 9 am appointment for a visual field test and a 9:50 am doctors appointment. Still waiting at 10:10 am, watched the waiting room empty out twice, asked at the desk twice. Finally told, sorry they forgot to send your chart back! So we wait because someone didn’t do their job! Incompetence and poor customer service!
RecommendedI cannot recommend Dr. Shizou Mukai and the retina services staff enough. My 4 year old has been a pretty regular patient for the last year and the patience and kindness everyone shows him is refreshing. Thank you to the entire staff that has become extended family.
