son muy profesional en lo que hacen me siento muy confiada en su diagnóstico
The waiting room for the ER is very fast and the nurses friendly. I was not impressed by the doctor who saw me. He made no attempts to do further study on me while I’ve had an ear infection for 4 weeks in both ears and the pain was finally too much. He didn’t care that I was having trouble breathing or coughing. He didn’t have a stethoscope either. I’m hoping it’s just an inexperienced Dr but I’m not going back.

Some of the best people on the face of the earth.
Phenomenal team of eye surgeons and nurses who take very good care of you. Have nothing but your welfare at heart. Absolutely put you at ease from the start to the end. I cannot thank them enough for making me feel very confident in their procedure.

plan for a day if you have to travel
I'm torn about this recommendation as we love the staff at Mass Eye & Ear, but their choice in valet companies is awful. The parking attendants outside are disorganized and unhelpful. We constantly have to circle the block multiple times before an appointment because there isn't even space for us to safely pull up our car to hand out keys to someone without blocking the road. This past visit we handed the keys to someone and got a ticket because they didn't move our car.
Best eye specialists in the US They have a 24 hour emergency room and can do surgery any day. I went in on a Saturday night, was diagnosed with a detached retina and had surgery on Sunday. Service has been outstanding.
