Now that Partner’s has taken over, it has been extremely difficult for my 90 year old mother, who lives about 40 minutes south of Boston. The office where she purchased her very expensive hearing aids has closed due to a move; however, the move is not scheduled until later in March... One of her hearing aids just stopped working and in order to get it serviced, I have to trek my Mom into Boston (did I mention that she’s also blind?!!).
