Absolutely horrified with this office. Especially with someone like Chris in the office. My sister was completely mom shamed and while this call was on speaker from multiple listeners. My sister called with concerns about having a procedure done at this time for her son and that she also wanted to request blood work due to a family history of a disorder that could be quite severe of a complication during a procedure. Otolaryngology 11th floor. Drs. Derrick Lin & Daniel Deschler, the Speech Lab, etc are the best. From housekeeping to OR & ER staff, to Residents, CNAs & nursing staff. Spent 7 years in & out with my husband. Our family will be forever grateful to all of them. Highly recommend if you've been diagnosed with throat cancer.
