The surgery was worth the wait. I was somewhat hesitant butt Dr. Cestari answered all my concerns . The man is a wizard !
Condescending and poor care. Both ophthalmologists I saw did not care about me or my health issue. I was treated poorly enough that I cried at my appointment. They didn’t even try to help treat my issue. Go literally anywhere else if you are having an issue with your eye health. Waste of time money and emotions
Horribly located. If you need to drive there, you'll need to valet park for $18 (there might be other options when there isn't infinite construction going on there, but I was given no other choice and not told this ahead of time). The valet contractor, Towne Park, destroyed my side-view mirror and not only accepted no responsibility, but filled their report with misstatements and direct contradictions. Good care provided, but not worth the trouble.
I went there for a check-up last Saturday due to a slight stomach ache and indigestion. The service was excellent. The nurses and doctors were very friendly and highly skilled; however, the restrooms weren't very clean.
Heather Panic, Mass Eye and Ear's newer Vestibular Neurologist combined high compentency with patient centered care-a wonderful combination.
