Took great care of me when I had an eye emergency. Immediately saw me and provided me w meds without me needing to go thru a pharmacy. I recommend them for eye and ear emergencies.
Had best of care & best doctors. Staff was very caring & compassionate.
I would give this emergency room 0 rating if it’s possible. Its registration staff is so rude and lack empathy. They don’t care if patient is child with eye injury. I waited for more than an hour without even hearing back for triage. Had to leave for Boston Children’s Hospital in uber with my child who was not able to hear pain in his eye but this people never cared.
Never in my life have I ever experienced a headache trying to park as well as valet my car to get to my appointment. Arrived at hospital over an hour early for appointment & still never made it! Every parking garage in the vicinity of the hospital does not validate parking & I refuse to keep paying $50 each time I come here . Valet also refused to park my car & told me to go back around the building ! There should be no reason it is this difficult to get into that damn hospital. I will never ever be back to this location
I have been going to Ma Eye since 2011. I have the best surgeons in the world, and everyone from the parking attendants to surgeons have a great attitude, know how to listen, and are pleasant and efficient. I am so thankful I live within 2 hours of this hospital.
