My wife just had the worst experience ever. She’s legally blind and can’t see without special contacts. She lost a lens while traveling. We called the contact lens service and spoke to the most unhelpful person ever, Alex Harlow. She would not order the new lens without an appointment and would not give an appointment for a full week. She refused to even ask a doctor if my wife could be squeezed in. Fortunately we found another practice who can see her tomorrow and she’ll get a new lens on Monday. Dr. Preisol is brilliant. Kind. Present.
We were late, coming from Vermont, hitting morning rush. Dr Welling took us in immediately, gave us his time and attention and knowledge. Upon completion, he even arranged a further intensive hour long balance test to verify findings.
Services were excellent, I would recommend anyone to go there. Parking is a bit complicated

Vestibular Testing technician was so wonderful and ensured I was comfortable and takes me through it the entire way. CT scan was scheduled for 11:15 and they were able to move me up a whole hour and a half early once my other tests were also done. Dr. Dobrowski is wonderful, Otolaryngologist. Listened, explained everything, reassured us, and was very thorough with plan of testing and specialist he was referring us to.

It was a very quick in and out. The staff were very friendly. my new doctor was very knowledgeable and nice. It is one of the top rated places for care in the country.
