My 4 year old son had his second set of tubes put in at Mass Eye and Ear last week. His first set was put in at another hospital at the age of two and it was a horrible experience and we couldn’t get him into a doctor’s office without screaming and tears for a year afterwards. This time was completely different. The staff at Mass eye and ear was so amazing with him I can’t say enough about it!
