I had surgery at MEE and I was very impressed with then entire process from start to finish. I had a Cochlear Implant done, nervous of course but the staff was amazing and so very caring Of course the most important person was my surgeon who I absolutely love he is the most compassionate MD, great bedside manner and just takes time and explaines everything, and very gentle also. Dr Eduardo Corrales you get an A+ he is an MD at Brigham & Womens & Faulkner but also does surgery at MEE. Thank you all for you wonderful care

The waiting time is horrible, no communication with patients. No option to send report to primary care physician when Doctor did not read ultrasound, but the report the radiologist wrote hours earlier.
I can't say enough about the wonderful staff and outstanding facility at Mass Eye and Ear surgical unit. Most noteworthy was the attitude of the nurses: positive, upbeat, encouraging, and extremely competent and professional.
The Staff is awesome, from the initial greeting to the Dr. to the custodial staff, awesome people!
Thanks for wasting my wife and my time and making us drive an hour each way in bad weather for an "urgent" operation that couldn't wait... that's now been scheduled more than a month from today. My wife was told she needed an urgent procedure to correct a Lasik-derived problem, but when we got there it was another consultation. To top it all off, my wife said she couldn't get time off from work again until May 9 and the doctor said that was too long to wait... but then she was given an appointment well past that date, anyhow... read more
Dr. Pineda was able to do what no other Doctor could do in my lifetime! I can see to drive a car and I have him and this hospital to thank. It is truly a gift to see through new eyes and I would not trust anyone or any other place more! Thank you!
My audiologist Kelsie gave me good care today. :) Hearing aids on and running well.
My 8 month old had surgery. It was quick, efficient and thoroughly impressive. The pedi staff was amazing and supportive.
