This place is OUTSTANDING! I had surgery there on Friday. I went in and was a nervous wreck (it's only my eye, right?!!!), and from the first moment that I was greeted by the lovely and effervescent Nancy, I was put much more at ease. Then came Nurse Liz, kindly and competent, and Brandon who sets up IVs. Dr. Boudreaux, the anesthesiologist, was a knock out (in every sense of the word), and Missy was so quick about setting things up that I can only think of her as "our lady of the WARM blankets"! My first appointment at Mass Eye and Ear was on the 2 Oct 2014 with Dr. Veldman. On my second visit on the 13 Oct 2014 with Dr. Jacobs, I noticed that my file was still in the International office in a folder by the door and had not been processed. I paid by credit card after both appointments. I have emailed both Phillip Lord and Christie Wood on several occasions however I am still waiting for the itemized billing so that I can submit it to the medical insurance.
I had a procedure there, I spent the night. I can't say enough about the Drs. Nurses and Staff especially Dr. Randolf. I was treated like a king. Thank God for all of you. Thank you.
