I am a retired Navy Commander ( Engineering Officer) I was extremely impressed with DARREL B*****'s Knowledge and skill. This was a perfect install! NO short cuts. The arduous amount of fabrication he had to do was outstanding! Usually, people complain at the drop of a hat, and forget to praise outstanding performance! It goes both ways! Magic Touch did an awesome job for us again. We had an AC emergency on a Saturday but they were still able to fix the problem on the same day. The technician didn't charge us for fixing an installation issue from one of their prior trips. More importantly, he recommended a course of action to prevent future issues.
