Now that we have been living with our new 16 SEER Lennox package unit for a week since it was installed by MagicTouch Mechanical I can share our experience. Had Magic Touch out for our system maintenance, where ***** provided excellent service. Magic Touch installed our Bosch unit 2 years ago and have been pleasantly surprised on the quietness, and efficiency of the unit. So far no issues.
