Ive been using magic touch for 11 years since they installed my ac unit. The one and only time there was a problem the man came out the same day to fix it. Im very good about keeping up with my checkups and like how thorough all of their workers are. Today they came to do checkups on my ac unit and two gas fireplaces and as usual were very thorough.
Couldnt be happier with our new Bosch heat pump and how well it cools. Magic Touch did everything they said they would when they said they would. A well deserved five star review from us Magic touch, thank you.

Im so happy I called. Everybody from the two gentlemen who showed up to fix my fireplace to the woman who took my calls were very pleasant and professional. I havent been able to use my fireplace in almost 4 years and I finally can! Thanks Magic touch fireplaces

I should have known by their rude responses on here that a company that treats complaints like they do **** a company worth doing business with.

They prompt and sent a technician as soon as possible when **** arrived he did a thorough inspection and gave us our options. And then he had it up and running with in the hour my husband and I are very pleased

I had them review and install an HVAC system they recommended. A Gree/ Ultra 3 ton heat and cool system. After installation they replaced a structural brace that had been damaged by them. In doing so they ruined my gutter. Rather than replacing the 20' piece, they rehung it with all the dents in it they made. I wouldn't accept it but they refused to do anything about it.Now that I've had time to use the system, it does not keep up. So, a few weeks back my 10-year-old ****** 5-ton A/C decided to act up. Now when I bought my house this unit was supposed to have been 1 year old and the previous owner claimed to have installed it himself as he used to be an A/C technician. My home inspection showed it wasn't installed correctly and I had Magic Touch Come out and inspect the install. They suggested a couple of things be corrected, but said it was "ok".
