3 year old unit installed by them stopped cooling. **** stated the cause as the 'voltage absorption unit' and quotes ~$375 for parts and labor if he uses the part on the truck, or ~$550 for a part covered by the manufacturers warranty since it would require additional time to go get. Neither quote included the $75 service call feel.According to the manufacturer, there is no 'voltage absorption unit' in the system. The part was a simple capacitor which could be purchased for $20. Excellent service. On-time. Identified problems and solution options. No hard-pressure sale. After a web-search, we contacted Magic Touch for a second-opinion after a high-pressure call from another service provider. The Magic Touch technician arrived on-time and assessed our system. The technician pointed out issues/problems and solution options. We don't need a new A/C unit, in fact a new system would not address cooling issues. Magic Touch installed our AC unit 9 years ago and have taken care of it ever since. Today, our tech, Jeremy, visited for semiannual maintenance and did a wonderful job.

They installed our units a few years ago and we have used them to do routine maintenance since then. Great customer service, they arrive on time, and are always very friendly. They have taken great care of us and we haven’t had any issues with the units.

The owner Rich is the type of owner we like to do business with. His technician Lucas is fantastic and we trust him in our home year after year for our tune-ups, etc. and Kathleen in the office is always friendly and a breath of fresh air ??

Overall service with office and technician was professional. Lucus the technician was on time and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem with our gas fireplace and explained it to us. He then set up the process for ordering a part and explained how long it would be to receive part and install it. Highly recommend this company
