We had Magic Touch install 2 new heat pumps and replace the existing duct work in the attic. Everyone who came to work on the project from the initial proposal to the final testing were professional, knowledgeable, patient and friendly. We are very very happy with the installation! We recently had a split-system installed and couldn't be happier with the purchase, installation, and experiencing the unit in operation. And now have purchased a second unit with the same satisfaction. Especially the installation this time, because it was done in spite of the heavy rain, thunder, and dangerous lightening.
