We recently had a split-system installed and couldn't be happier with the purchase, installation, and experiencing the unit in operation. And now have purchased a second unit with the same satisfaction. Especially the installation this time, because it was done in spite of the heavy rain, thunder, and dangerous lightening. The unit is two years old and working fine. It looks like maintenance is going to be $600.00 a year just for the coil cleaning. Seems like a lot to me, but what do I know. I will probably go somewhere else if I ever need another unit.

Got great service from James today! Air conditioning went out (my own fault playing with the breaker box), and Magic Touch came out and fixed it as part of my monthly plan. These guys are always honest and trustworthy, which I really appreciate about them. From office staff (Kathleen) to their great repair guys, I've only had great experiences with them!
