The unit is two years old and working fine. It looks like maintenance is going to be $600.00 a year just for the coil cleaning. Seems like a lot to me, but what do I know. I will probably go somewhere else if I ever need another unit.

We have annual maintenance plans which include 2 tune-ups and 2 outdoor coil cleanings per year for $17/month (cancellable anytime with no questions asked) or $204 per year if you prefer to pay annually. Got great service from James today! Air conditioning went out (my own fault playing with the breaker box), and Magic Touch came out and fixed it as part of my monthly plan. These guys are always honest and trustworthy, which I really appreciate about them. From office staff (Kathleen) to their great repair guys, I've only had great experiences with them!

I purchased my AC unit from Magic Touch nearly 10 years ago, and have relied on them for service ever since. Their office staff and service people are informed, courteous, and very clear about when they'll be coming for service, what issues their finding with the system, and what their recommendations are for service. On May 23, 2019, I had excellent service again, this time from Mr. Peter Garcia. I would like to commend them for providing exemplary service.
