Called Magic Touch and they sent Jason. Jason was so thorough in checking my A/C unit. He found the problem, fixed it. And showed where I can improve efficiency of unit. Have had numerous technicians, but Jason stands out as above the rest.

My present A/C system was 13 years old, and showing its age. Called Magic Touch and they sent 2 gentlemen to my house to survey what I had. My sons room was always hot, and they went up into the crawl-space, and told me the reason it was hot was because the air duct going in to his room was spliced off another duct.
