To be clear Im not upset. We paid our **** based on their services rendered. What I was in aware of is a seasonal maintenance involves no maintenance. I did get a through report of how my system was running. Along with a nasty response from the owner on ****** reviews. 24 year old gas fired fireplace and chimney. Moved into this house this year and saw accumulated soot and non code gas fireplace. Magic Touch cleaned the Chimney, flue, and installed new gas log and added safety pilot to bring the fireplace into code. Materials and workmanship were top notch and the new fireplace works like a charm. And its safe! Tech was great to work with, professional and got the job done right the first time.
