I was wanting to purchase a new heat pump to replace a 14 year old ****unit. *** had an energy audit program with rebates. *** listed a number of Mechanical Contractor in the East Mesa area. My present A/C system was 13 years old, and showing its age. Called Magic Touch and they sent 2 gentlemen to my house to survey what I had. My sons room was always hot, and they went up into the crawl-space, and told me the reason it was hot was because the air duct going in to his room was spliced off another duct. We purchased our Heat Pump 12 years ago from Magic Touch and have had it serviced annually by them. The serviced was always performed satisfactory. Yesterday, Jason serviced our Heat Pump and air handler. His diagnostics indicated the motor on the air handler needed to be replaced. He did a fabulous job of explaining what the issue was and took the time to show me exactly what needed to be fixed. He was extremely courteous and professional and most of all treated me with respect.

I used Magic Touch to repair my fireplace when the pilot light would not light. Jason did the original diagnosis of the problem and, after ordering the new part required, came back and carried out the repair. I am very happy with the results. Jason was friendly, competent, and a pleasure to work with. This was my first experience using Magic Touch, and Jason represented them very well.
