I called this company because our gas fireplace wasn’t working. The tech assigned to our call was Lucas. He came to our home in time and was very friendly. As he was looking at our fireplace, he took the time to explain things to me and was very knowledgeable. He got the fireplace lit and it has worked since. I highly recommend using this company.

Magic Touch did an awesome job for us again. We had an AC emergency on a Saturday but they were still able to fix the problem on the same day. The technician didn't charge us for fixing an installation issue from one of their prior trips. More importantly, he recommended a course of action to prevent future issues.
