Overall service with office and technician was professional. Lucus the technician was on time and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem with our gas fireplace and explained it to us. He then set up the process for ordering a part and explained how long it would be to receive part and install it. Highly recommend this company

We had Magic Touch out to our home to fix our gas fireplace. Lucas, our technician, was very knowledgeable and professional in his approach to fixing the problem. I called this company because our gas fireplace wasn’t working. The tech assigned to our call was Lucas. He came to our home in time and was very friendly.
