Amazing
This hospital is a joke. My husband was in the burn unit after an explosion at his workplace and we are still getting the runaround for appointments and for compression gloves for him a month and a half after he's been released. The staff there is incompetent and unknowledgeable and unfriendly on top of everything. We had been told that this hospital was one of the best to be at for a burn but we haven't seen anything like that ...it has been one of the worst hospital experiences that we've ever had. There is a long wait but I understand that people that are or seem more sick will go first. Other than that everything was great an amazing. I had so many nice nurses from the ER like Paula Grasier to my doctor Willian Ashley. I also had great nurses before and after my head operation. Every one was so nice & caring. Some nurses go far & beyond for you. That happens when I was in the waiting room to get my operation. I forgot her name but she was amazing. The period of waiting upon arriving to ER had been extremely long
These people here dont care about nobody but them self they only in it for the money. They lie they tell you whatever they think you want to here instead of the truth and they treat you like shit. They sit on they ass and talk all day they slow with your pain meds their just horrible at what they do. Now this is not all the floors its just the 2nd floor.
Dr. Sam Marzo (ENT), is awesome, he performed a stepedectomy on my left ear on January 7, 2015. Before surgery I would have to watch television on volume 18-25. Since surgery , I can hear the television on volume 1. My inner ear opened on day 8 after surgery and continued to improve and now it's awesome. My profession is in banking and I would constantly have to ask my customers to repeat themselves or speak up.
