I was there cause my aunt passed and I got sick they took me to the er but was there way too long I still didn't get to see a Dr I end up having to leave still not knowing what happened to me yesterday
I seen dr kircher for surgery and he is the sweetest man ever! Very good at his job and has never steered me in wrong direction. I love the staff also!
After an ambulance ride and complete dismissal from Palos Hospital I was put in contact with one of the best neurosurgeons at Loyola. I am 8 days post op and I feel better than ever. Every person I came in contact with at Loyola from Burr Ridge to Maywood was caring, concerned, professional and empathetic. If you're looking for the best of the best doctors, nurses and staff that have excellent bed side manner then Loyola is for you. If you like being treated like a claim on an insurance form, go somewhere else. Thank you Loy... read more
I can't complain about the care I've received, I really like my Doctors, the medical support is great BUT trying to make a call into Loyola is the worst
My poor sister has waited 7 hrs in the waiting room with severe kidney pain. The charge nurse on staff this afternoon treated her in the most despicable manner. She refused to allow her to lay down even though she was moaning in excruciating pain. This horrible woman's name is Sally. Another patient in the waiting room actually got up and yelled at this woman to help my sister. Worst emergency room I've ever been to. My sister asked for a wheel chair or a gurney. That piece of trash told her they didn't have any. What a lie.... read more
The nurse's did a great job. They where very nice, and sweet to my baby. They were also very patient with him and made a great conversation with him to make him forget about the pain.
Called main number 708-216-900 and was put on hold for over 15 minutes And having to listen to the new recording was painful. If I didn't feel well before the recording I was feeling pissed off and angry after listening to the robotic voice. Loose the new recording folks it horrible.
I have been here for the past 2 weeks with severe trauma to both my legs from being crushed between my 95 F150 and a minivan that I was trying to jumpstart. The doctors, nurses, nursing assistants, hell everyone in the staff here has done an amazing job. They have all been very helpful both with my physical issues from the accident and my mental issues as a result. This has been a very hard and trying time for me and everyone has brought their A game out to help me out. I am being transferred to Northwest Community Hospital i... read more
Had a great visit with Dr John Leonetti! Nurses were really nice and Dr Leonetti has a good sense of humor and definitely very professional and thorough. Feel very comfortable with him doing my surgery!
