The doctors, nurses, respiratory therapists and everyone else involved with his care on 4SICU were absolutely life saving and amazing. If it wasn’t for their continuous care and determination and encouragement we all would not be where we are today. My son is in rehab now doing well. 1st of ALL... Security is VERY AGGRESSIVE n rude. I've yet to have a problem w any of the doctors or the techs.. In fact they're pretty great. but... those nurses... It's a crapshoot. U can get anything from an OBVIOUS lack of experience to HORRIBLE ATTITUDES. And when u want to follow up w a complaint u get the run around. I had a complaint in MARCH that hasn't been taken up YET 👀👀
