No response or late response on myLoyola. Took doctor 19 days to respond to a prescription refill - I went outside Loyola to another doctor to get my prescription on the 10th day. Wrote to customer service twice and no response. Urgent care in Burr Ridge is very good. Customer service and billing are nightmares if you have a problem.
