My son's been going to Loyola for 27 years .Yestetday was out patient everyone is very nice and helpful. Never really had a problem with Loyola just a over crowded ER . But still love all the nurses and Docs

Espere 5 horas el Viernes en urgencias.fui por que la operación que me hicieron el 21 de Marzo en ese hospital se infecto. Atendieron todos los que llegaron después de mi y a mi no me atendieron, me fui al hospital de Elmhurst y a los 20 minutos ya estaba hospitalizada, voy saliendo hoy Domingo y me atendieron muy bien.
I came into the ER today at 10pm for difficulty breathing, coughing and wheezing. During the 2 hours I was there before I walked out, NUMEROUS people left the hospital because they were not getting treatment. It was unbelievable. This is the worst ER I have ever been to. At around 12am I wanted to tell the receptionist I was leaving and there was no one there. I waited for 5 minutes by the desk and no one showed up. What if there was a critical patient coming in?
