RecommendedToday I had cervical spinal disc replacement surgery. Dr. Song, Neurosurgeon is an excellent doctor. Dr El-Orbany, Anesthesiologist, was extremely kind, reassuring and very thorough before my procedure. I can't possibly say enough about the nursing staff! They were so kind. VERY attentive to all my needs. They made my surgical experience as pleasant as it could possibly be. I would recommend McNeal/Loyola to anyone! Thank you so much for such quality care!! ❤
I attempted to resolve billing issues for several months. No one returns calls. Last week they sent my balance to a collection company even though I had been making payments until the issue could be resolved. I am embarrassed to say I attended school here. I will be submitting a complaint to my insurance company for fraudulent charges. I requested a detailed bill and cost of the procedure. While it was promised I never received them. Horrible experience.
