since Loyola got involved with McNeal hospital it has been horrible in the radiology department. no communication from staff just sit and wait! I may have to switch hospital now! most of the Loyola staff has attitudes. I want my McNeal staff back!! hate comin HERE now😤😤😲😲 and trying to get threw on the phone is also horrible 15min waiting for that radiology department to answer and never did. the bathrooms smell like piss now.
RecommendedI'd recommend your devotion to Loyola University Medical Center, which my nephew was cared for by when born at 1 LB. 10 ozs. in the early 90's. Devotion does not always bring respect but, theirs should. Thank you

My wife went to the emergency room having an asthma attack and she was treated 2 hours later . This place sucks Cook county hospital treat as soon as you walk in
We have been in the EMERGENCY ROOM SINCE 10:40 am and have yet to be seen-it is now 4pm and NO ONE CAN TELL US HOW MUCH LONGER UNTIL WE CAN GET IN! I’ll update if we EVER GET IN, but as of right now, I would never recommend this hospital. The lack of empathy or concern is deeply troubling as well.
