I went to loyola to get my stints removed, " oh I'm sorry, come back some other time we are booked up " So I lost a days pay, Thanks for nothing Loyola, and they still haven't called me to reschedule. Switching hospital. Loyola is good for emergencies, that's about it, it's like the new Cook county hospital

This has been a difficult time but the humanity, thoughtfulness, care and dignity they (every Dr. Nurse and telephone operator that I have communicated with) have displayed has been amazing. Thank you.

The doctors, nurses, respiratory therapists and everyone else involved with his care on 4SICU were absolutely life saving and amazing. It’s slow going but he has a future which one day he will l... read more

1st of ALL... Security is VERY AGGRESSIVE n rude. I've yet to have a problem w any of the doctors or the techs.. In fact they're pretty great. but... those nurses... It's a crapshoot. U can get anything from an OBVIOUS lack of experience to HORRIBLE ATTITUDES. And when u want to follow up w a complaint u get the run around. I had a complaint in MARCH that hasn't been taken up YET 👀👀
