All Loyola campuses bill you for everything possible. Nowhere else bills like these people. Avoid them at all costs. They lie about coverage and don't own up to it. Investigation needs to happen on their billing methods.

The Emergency Room wait is absolutely deplorable. I informed them that my pain level was a nine out of ten. They left me in the waiting room with no further interaction with staff for a whopping 11 hours to writhe in pain. I would never suggest this hospital unless you were planning to succumb to your injuries and ailments. Overall Rating 0/10

The nurses, doctors, and staff at Gottleib are wonderful. They made my mother feel so comfortable during her two hip replacement surgeries. This hospital feels like home. I was happy to have my mother here. Thank you to the nurses and staff at Gottleib who treat their patients and customers like family.

The most terrible customer service / and there billing dept is clueless to what there doing
I attempted to resolve billing issues for several months. No one returns calls. Last week they sent my balance to a collection company even though I had been making payments until the issue could be resolved. I am embarrassed to say I attended school here. I will be submitting a complaint to my insurance company for fraudulent charges. I requested a detailed bill and cost of the procedure. While it was promised I never received them. Horrible experience.
Absolutely horrible. Put my grandma on hospice and they are making her suffer for hours while they take their sweet time getting oxygen and medicine for pain. If she dies in pain before they get here, they will be hearing from my lawyer. Disgusting
