Dr. Winder and the team of the oncology floor provided excellent care to me when I was transferred there from a hospital in Joliet for a mass removal. I was there for almost 4 days to have surgery and recover, and was blown away at how wonderful every single person was - from nurses to techs to the surgeons and anesthesiologists. Each one was patient, kind, hilarious/jovial, and truly caring. I don’t recall his name, but there is one man I met during surgery preparation that had me laughing and comfortable within a minute of... read more

Kind people, excelent doctors, they've tried miracoles, unfortunatelly not always successful. True professionals, both doctors and nurses.
I recommend this hospital but had a terrible experience at Burr Ridge urgent care today. Is there somebody I can talk to about this ??
92 year old with severe diarrhea, CHF, barely able to walk waiting 4 hours to be seen by a doctor. When we arrived there was only two other patients waiting. We asked 4 triage nurses and not one could give us an appropriate response.
Went to Loyola Immediate Care, paid the $35 copay. Then they sent a bill for $25. I called and explained that I paid a copay and faxed the receipt. No response, but then they sent the $25 to a collection agency. Went to Immediate Care in person, and they explained that they charge a copay for the facility AND a copay for the doctor. That’s a new one! 'We Also Treat the Human Spirit' Oh, and we also double bill you for a simple office visit.
