Went to Loyola Immediate Care, paid the $35 copay. Then they sent a bill for $25. I called and explained that I paid a copay and faxed the receipt. No response, but then they sent the $25 to a collection agency. Went to Immediate Care in person, and they explained that they charge a copay for the facility AND a copay for the doctor. That’s a new one! 'We Also Treat the Human Spirit' Oh, and we also double bill you for a simple office visit.

My husband went here 2 weeks ago due to a work injury. They did nothing. No xrays no pain meds the ER doc literally looked at him told him to go right back to work that he was young and healthy and he would be fine. Today he goes for a follow up with his doc complaining of pain still. He is diagnosed with a fractured nose, mild concussion and strained neck.

It's been over a week since I wrote to the CEO and CFO regarding their bad billing practices and I still haven't heard anything from them!! They are on the verge of destroying my great credit and one of the bills, I received AFTER the incorrectly sent my balance to credit collectors!! And I go online today and for the first time I see additional bills from earlier this year that I have never seen online nor received via mail and they are categorizing them as late when I have been given them before!!
