Dr. Steven DeJong and the entire medical team (students too!) We're INCREDIBLE with my Parathyroid surgery in August of 2017. I felt so well taken care and assured after being diagnosed with Hyperparathyroidism. I have done AWESOME since the surgery. I feel so much better. Thank you so much!
Let me start off by saying that I have never put a complaint on a Facebook page but my situation with Loyola has escalated and am sure others out there are experiencing the same frustration I am. My hope is to get someone in management to call me back and for this institution to make the proper changes in order to stand behind what they preach..."body & soul". Right now it is a downright lie. 1- There are no direct numbers to any of the doctors’ offices. When you call you rec...Continue Reading
May 2018: I actually thought that Dr. Anita Damodaran, MD was a great Dr., but then after I took some tests, had a colonoscopy, & Xrays for a shoulder injury, the hospital calls me and tells me that they can't give me the results because they screwed up because they dont accept my Blue Cross Blue Shield provider after all. They cancelled my appointment & said that if I wanted my results, i would have to change my provider, otherwise they can't give me the results so now I'm stuck. #SadExPatient# #InPainAndInTheDark# Roberto
They force small doctor offices to charge a 105 clinic fee for literally nothing. Go to a private doctor (non big-chain) to avoid bullshit mafia billing tactics. Sad that my PCPs office is being taken advantage of and exploited by Loyola, forcing them to lose business.
Great Hospital Horrible Employee Floor tech Deandre Brown High Everyday he’s going to hurt someone High in the Job
This is the worst hospital for emergencies. The nurse in the ER were horrible. I will never come here again. I spend over 7 hours here and was never seen. I eventually had to leave and go to another ER. That’s is completely unacceptable. Horrible horrible. I would rate 0 stars. I will never come back again.
Great hospital and doctors but their ER is the pits.... wait so long and it is terribly dirty too. They need to do something about their ER.
The immediate care center in River Forest gave me medicine that made my condition worse and then when I went back to tell them, they treated it as a whole new visit and I was double charge for the same shit and after talking to patient relations for two months they still said all charges were valid I think it’s a bullshit scam
