The emergency room is ridiculous you could tell they are very unorganized and very unprofessional, there's no point saying it's a EMERGENCY ROOM they take a very long time just to get the vitals

I don't know why Loyola has to charge for parking, I feel like it's a slap in the face. They are already getting a bundle from the insurance companies and patients so there should be no need to have to pay to park also. I had a procedure a few years ago and while the nurses were wonderful the Doctor I saw was horrible. Had no bedside manner and was completely arrogant. If I have to go to a hospital I try and stay away from Loyola

Trying to make an initial appointment with a new doctor. Call main number, get transferred, get disconnected. Call back, get connected to scheduling, wait 10 minutes listening to how important my call is, how someone will be with me shortly. I keep hearing same recordings - call back and ask if this is a normal wait time, just to make an initial appointment, receptionist says yes and puts me back out in telephone purgatory.
