My aunt had open heart surgery and they have been phenomenal with her before and after care! The nurses are top notch! I am so very thankful and blessed that we chose this hospital. ❤️🙏🏼

Loyola is an amazing hospital but I have a serious issue with of of the outpatient neurology nurses Dee I think is how you spell her name . I always feel so disrespected when I call the clinic and as if my concern is not taken seriously. Also a nurse isn't allowed to give medical advice through the phone and I called the other day to give a concern I have to my doctor and I started getting lectured and all. My nurse Samantha an PCT Emily were very nice sweet & prompt to caring for me. I didn't wanna stay for observation but they both made me feel safe an take care of. The Dr.'s on the other hand u had to pray to God they came to see u, so that was the only thing I disliked. But over all great experience.

Botched my grandmother's cataract removal surgery! Very dissatisfied with the level of professionalism displayed by the surgical as well as,the nurses staff. Being black and receiving second rate medical service is a travesty that Loyola Outpatient surgery ought to be ashamed of. Leaving a 69 year old woman with no lense on her left eye! For what!

The staff is very nice but we arrived at 5am at 1pm they said you being admitted and we need to do another test waited til after 8pm for a room to finally become available the test was supposed to be between 8and 4am finally at 1 pm the next day the test was performed. We occupied a ER room for over .12hours there has to be a better system then what you have now
