RecommendedI want to say that My friend entered the ER yesturday by ambulance and I was surprised and admired by this nurse by the name of Marlene she showed how much she loves what she does in helping the sick people she was fast and doing all she needed to do so when doctors would ask she was on top of things and always very calm and polite very professional Good job nurses and Staff from Macneal. Great Job Marlene and Paloma ER nurses staff like you is that makes Macneal a good hospital
The Emergency Room wait is absolutely deplorable. I informed them that my pain level was a nine out of ten. They left me in the waiting room with no further interaction with staff for a whopping 11 hours to writhe in pain. I would never suggest this hospital unless you were planning to succumb to your injuries and ailments. Overall Rating 0/10
