I've never really had a bad experience with this hospital. I've seen worse hospitals in Chicago. Trust me. Besides I was born in this hospital. I've only had a bad experience here twice. I'm not gonna take it personal though. It is what it is. If worse case scenario I'll go to Loyola or Rush in Oak Park. I'm on insurance so it doesn't really matter to me. I just refuse going to hospitals in Chicago because of the way they treat people. Luckly I'm not from Chicago. I'm from Berwyn, Illinois.
Most of my experiences were good. Except I was sent home with no meds after having been diagnosed with a viral infection that made my chest hurt so bad I couldn't sleep. Most recent one was I needed to pick up a copy of my child's chest x-ray for a specialist appt & when I called they said they would have it ready within the hour. So I went straight to the ER & to see if they had it. 1 person was being called to the back, 1 person waiting, a woman with her child getting checked in & another man getting checked in.
