MacNeal has always had a bad rep but my grandchildren were born there and when my brother got very sick they took good care of him and my family. I was recently hospitalized there and to tell you the truth I was actually satiifed with how they treated me and my visitors.I'm not saying it's perfect but it is improving
When there's no one in line and they say we will be right with you is that because you need to be on your phone? There is 4 people in the waiting room and no one registering. Why are we waiting? As of now, 8 mins.
