Billing department is a joke. So quick to charge but when you actually pay they can't find it...

Not satisfied with the neurology section of the hospital. Shattered my back in April still in PT. Hospital itself is filthy. Will be looking for a different Neuro surgeon closer to home.

My sister is currently in your hospital and is not receiving sufficient calories because your outsourced catering services CANNOT provide soy free meals. The family has been advised it would be best if they brought in all of her meals. How is it possible that a major medical facility would contract its kitchen services to company that can't address food allergies???????

I had double jaw surgery here and I had a great experience. Few road bumps but nothing that was their fault or they could control. Overall very kind...I constantly recommend it to everyone I know. We had to drive over an hour and a half to Maywood but it was beyond worth it

My husband had open-heart surgery almost 4 weeks ago (Dr. Schwartz) and was in the ICU for 3 weeks before being transferred to the TICU (and then the rehab wing next week). Everyone has been amazing. If we have a question, someone is able to give us an answer almost immediately. We haven't had to worry about a thing. Our experience has been wonderful and my husband has been well taken care of. I highly recommend this hospital.

Had to wait so long to be seen by a doctor. (Hours) Then was brought in and seen by a doctor in the hallway didn't even get a room. Employees were very nice. They just get way over packed and don't admit patients quick enough.

I am so greatful that the team in the vascular department, went above and beyond to an medical support /pair stockings ($80.value)I left behind in the ultra sound room. I was almost home when I realized I forgot them. Thats when they told me someone worked there and could drop of on the way home. My business is of the main road in shopping area and easy to find. Just want to thank you again for going above and beyond. You made my day!! Thanks again, Nancy Hudson
