Paid my bills on LOYOLA'S website and for the past 4 months I've been proving these payments have been made. I've sent screen shots, credit card statements, receipts, spoke with 6 different representatives, all to continue to receive invoices for the already paid bills! Such a total waste of my time, get your stuff together Loyola. How can I trust a hospital with my life if they cannot even get their computers to work correctly?!

I had good service. I taking right to the back. I had medication in me less a hour. Maybe if wasn't so Nasty to them. If play. Sicker you will get in quick.

Emergency Room attending, resident, and ENT took excellent care of my 4 year old daughter who had foreign object lodged in her ear. They took time with her instead of rushing even though they were very busy

Loyola botched my epidural, which led to a spinal headache. A spinal headache happens when the epidural slips and punctures the dural sac, causing spinal fluid to leak out. That spinal fluid cushions the brain. When it is leaking out, the brain has nothing to keep it from hitting your spine. Whenever you stand up, or sit up, that spinal fluid starts to leak out through the puncture(s), and your brain bounces off the spine, until you lie down again and pressure is taken off. The service in the er is terrible!!!! I left and went elsewhere after being told I was only there for 3 hours....Only???? 30 minutes is only but actually 4 hours I've been there. Service went from bad to worst!!!!
